It can attach to a lot of different belt options or mounting options.
Trex Arms uses a multi hole drilling pattern, and they say this about it:
"The main thing that makes the Ragnarok unique is the modular hole pattern on the back that accommodates a variety of mounting options from Safariland, G-Code, Blackhawk, Blade-Tech, S&S Precision, and more. It can be used for competition/range/duty use with belt loops, paddles, offset mounts, or leg rigs."
Originally I had it bolted straight to Trex Arms Belt Slide, but later switched all my holsters and belt options to Safariland QLS mounts. The QLS fork thats on it in the picture can be slide into any belt/rig/pack that has the QLS receiver attached to it. But like mentioned above, you can run G-Code RTI hangers, directly attach them to Blade-Tech, Safariland, Blackhawk etc holster mounts or paddles that can accept it. Its pretty versatile.
As an example, I bought this Safariland Paddle (QLS) off amazon to use as a quick on and off for the woods or running around the house. It has the QLS receiver already on it. All my holsters have the QLS fork (see original post photo) on them so I can just pop one off and pop another in so I don't have to have individual mounts and paddles for all my holsters.
