    PVS-14 build diopter question???

    Out of all the researching I’ve done. I do not see anyone describe in detail the installation of the diopter lens. All I see is someone screwing it on. Now to my question… Should the diopter setting be all the way screwed in so it’s as far to the minus setting as it’ll go as you tighten the lens...

    I’m new to thermal so not sure on what to expect from it. I really wanted to go for a 640 res but didn’t want to spend two to three times more for something that’s just for once and a while. I just wanted to make sure that the square pattern was normal.
