I think Winchester and others have NO interest in the 400 Legend. 7 months after the introduction there are no guns, no barrels, no brass, no dies and not much commitment from any mfgs. Seems to be a big flop!!
Building a 22 Creedmoor gas gun and a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle brake designed for 22 caliber is proving to be hard to find. Looking for suggestions and ideas for a 22 caliber brake with 5/8x24 threads.
I have on unopened factory sealed box (100) and one opened box with 90+ bullets or 190+ total that I can get to your door for $75. They are all first run, no seconds all in original Hornady boxes.
The Midway 143 blems are Hornady ELD-x projectiles. There are a few in the box missing the tips but for the most part they shoot like a laser in my 6.5x47. Good as first run.
Shooting 30 Nosler in a Weatherby Mk V action with a Bartlein 27" 1x9 twist. Nosler neck sized brass, Berger 215gr Hybrid, Fed 215M primers and 80gr of H-1000. Giving 2942fps by LabRadar. Elk killing machines.
168 Sierras with 43gr of 8208 gives ragged dot accuracy in my Remmy PSS. Not sure of velocity but with that level of accuracy and from a 26" barrel I'm really not worried about it.
