Re: Best scope for beyond 1500? I would think it is possible to solve the large subtension of a FFP, if they would create a tapered reticle. If they had a fairly steep taper like on the right crosshair, it would be easy to see when on low power, and still allow precise aiming at small targets...- aroshtr

Re: New Leica CRF1600 Rangefinder I tested the angle/range issue on telephone poles in my neighborhood. It does not "correct" the range. Everytime i ranged a pole, I was able to get a +1 yard reading at the top versus the bottom. If it was correcting for angle it would show the same reading...- aroshtr
