    Thats where I am leaning.....I'm thinking 16" 1:6.5.....no tax stamps, supers and subs....Hoping for subsonic whitetail out to 75ish yards....supers for anything farther than that!     I'm wanting to pull the trigger so bad....the 1:3 twist with the can has me a little freaked out. Probably going 1:6.5 to I can safely shoot subs and supers....trying to build a do-all gun.

    I think I'm going to end up trying the 8.6. I can always throw a side charge selectable gas block ar upper on a rifle and give that a try too.
