I shoot H1000 in my 7mag with the 162 Amax. Try 65gr and work your way up you may be surprised at what you get get it to do. Mine runs about 3125fps and is a flat hammer to 1k. For primers I use FGM215m but you may have trouble getting them, Winchester large magnums are a close second for me.

Mine has an adjustment, take it off the rifle push on the lever to take the tension off the screw on the other side you should be able to adjust it then. It's a slotted nut, but won't turn till there isn't any tension on it.

I kinda consider 400 lb energy to be a good number, 40 S&W JHP runs 470 at muzzle and they should plant most anyone hit solid. (Shot placement rules all).

The tick marks are not perfectly accurate on the die, mine runs .0013 per mark it will get you close but you gotta measure the last little bit to get it perfect. Mine runs +-.001 on seating depth based on bullet imperfections.

The round seems to be fairly capable, friend of mine who works for a major AR manufacturer has been doing some long range testing. He getting sub MOA groups at 600yd using the Sierra 155 palma bullets, this is with a 16" bbl AR platform.
