Re: Helps ID'ing an older Leupold scope. I called and the tech guy said it was built in the late 60's pre vari-x labeling 3x9. Also if I had any problems to return it for warranty work. So far scope is good,clear optics and I'll leave it as is for now. Chris

Re: Helps ID'ing an older Leupold scope. Just trying to determine what model it is. This rifle was just given too me by my father inlaw for an early Christmas gift. He just bought it this morning. No history or documents came with package.
Can someone help me ID this scope? Older Leupold, patent info from 1967, anodizing turning purple on tube, black on eyepiece and obj. Just has Leupold on lt side and 3x9 on obj. no other description. Any help Appreciated. Thanks Chris.
Re: My local shop! Well I winced at first when I saw the price of the primers $39/1000. Then I thought well he at least has them, and the powder prices were good compared to a few months ago, depending on which powder I bought it was between $21-$26 per lb.
Just got in from local reloading shop and was shocked when I walked in and looked for primers and powders and he had alot in stock. A couple cases of CCI large rifle BR primers and several pounds of varget, reloader 15. So yes I am broke again but it feels good to find stuff in the shelves...
Re: ***USO MST-100's, LAST RUN!!!*** Chad don't feel bad. I got my GAP M40A1 last may, placed my order for the scope in May or June last year got it in April this year waited a little longer on the scope mount and finally got to go shoot it today in the rain. The wait is bad, but worth it...
