    I'm going to build a light weight .243 deer rifle. I'll be shooting 80 gr. barnes tipped tripleshocks.I would like to know what twist I should go with and how much lighter and heavier bullets could I shoot accurately with that twist?

    Just put a 16.5" tactical solutions barrel on my 10/22. It has a leupold vari-x 111 4.5x14 scope and a new hogue stock. I shot it for the first time today and it was all over, I'm talking 6 to 7" groups at 50 yds off of a bipod and sandbag. I was shooting remington viper hyper velocity .22s...
