    5.11 Rush 12 pack

Re: 5.11 Rush 12 pack I bought the Rush 24 a couple of years ago and used it as my primary gear hauler for training, shooting schools, and SWAT ops. It has held up well and has quite a few great features while maintaining a streamlined profile; not too big, not too small. Very well put...

    Rifle Scopes Premier or S&B?

Re: Premier or S&B? I have found my PH 3-15 to be a great setup. It works well for me for the reasons stated above. The Gen 2XR is fine/small at 3 power, but, if I'm dialed in to 3 power I'm not ranging, calling shots, or using the inverted tree as it is intended. At 8 to 15 power the Gen...

    Rifle Scopes Premier 3-15x50 Issues

Re: Premier 3-15x50 Issues I had a similar problem with the same scope. I called Premier and described the problem. Come to find out, my rings were torked slightly too tight and the focus/paralax was not free to move. I loosened the rings slightly and it works perfectly.

    Rifle Scopes PR vs. S&B

Re: PR vs. S&B Completely happy with my PR 3-15. It tracks, holds its zero through magnification changes and performs as expected. I'd buy again if I could do it in the same price range as my 2009 purchase.

    Rifle Scopes Optics Planet

    5.11 72 hour backpack.

Re: 5.11 72 hour backpack. I have a Rush 72 that I've used for almost two years. It has held up really well and I really like the layout of the pack. It organizes well and the side pockets are great for storing gear. I haven't seen other packs in that price range that have the variety of...

    Meindl Boots

Re: Meindl Boots I have hiked and backpacked in the Sierra Nevadas and Wasatch/Uinta Mountains for more than twenty five years. I've had boots of most major brands. A year ago I bought a pair of Miendl Alaskan Hikers after several months of trying on every boot/brand I could find. I wanted...

Rifle Scopes Get your Premier Heritage NOW......

Re: Get your Premier Heritage NOW...... I've been running the PH 3-15 for about four months now and I am completely happy with it. Superb glass! No issues with mushy clicks or parallax to date. I love the tool-less rezero feature and the Gen IIXR is top notch. I do wish it had some type...

Rifle Scopes How much magnification is enough for 308 to 800?

Re: How much magnification is enough for 308 to 800? I'm not sure how it is that people find the higher magnifications useful; mirage is the limiting factor for me. (Is it time of day they are shooting or are they shooting on nice green grassy ranges or over canyons and ravines?) Mirage...

Rifle Scopes MOA vs MIL: confused

Re: MOA vs MIL: confused Big Al, the mouth of Hobble Creek Canyon is beautiful! Especially with the leaves all turning. I just switched to Mil/Mil after years of using MOA/Mil dot. Mil/Mil is easy to figure out and use. Simple and intuitive.
