    Re: Rem 700 xcr tactical long range 300 win mag REl1203 i was getting 2920 fps. But when I was shooting last wed. my barrel blew out of the action the threads were 3/4 gone so remington got the gun back.Im going to buy a 700p in 300wm this comming week.

    I have a rem xcr ltr 300wm and I was wondering if I would have a problem getting the action trued and a new barrel put on it?Because of the xcr coating.And what price range whould it be for that kind of work?I was thinking a bartlein 5r 1in10 twist at 26 inches.Thanks for all the replys.
