Re: .308 subsonic My 1/12 Howa does great with 150gr bump up to 180 and group size goes bad, anything heavier and I get keyholing. If you want to go heavier move to 1/10 twist barrel.

Re: Latest range toy The bolt carrier trip surface is actually too long, so some needs to be milled off to get the proper trip point, the upper receiver does not have the sear relief cut so that needs be done also. Easy to do with a mill, slower going if only a dremel or other grinder is owned.

Latest range toy, took some mods to get it to work with my M16 lower but not a big deal. Working 100% so far.

Re: 223/5.56 pressure vs handgun pressure What's close The AAC Ranger works well on .223 and on rifle .22lr but it is quite heavy for a pistol in .22lr. I would say get a .22lr silencer and a 308 silencer to use on your rifles.
