Yes partial neck sizing & bumping .002 on the shoulder. This is working well on .223, Win 243 & Grendel. I believe it will also work on my 300 wm's shorter neck but I haven't tested it.
I use a type S Redding bushing die and adj the bushing sizing depth to a point above the typical 'donut' area of the neck shoulder junction. My thoughts are that the un-sized portion of the neck aids in maintaining bullet concentricity in my factory sized chambers. Also the possible 'donut' then...
