The only thing I would mention about storing it folded is that for me to get my eye relief correct on my scopes, the scope extends past the hinge-point on the stock. Meaning, when folded, the scope stands proud of the folded stock, and could possibly be damaged if you're not careful. Does...
I've got a couple hundred 147 Eld-m sitting on my bench that I'm trying to find a load using R17 in 24" barrel. I can't get higher than 2730 without pressure signs. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
I just bought the RRS 0MOA to hold my new Minox ZP5. The rifle has built in 20 MOA rail, so I didnt need any cant on the base. I can't add much to this discussion because I've never owned a SPUHR. I'm really curious to see how the elliptical rings on the RRS hold up over time. I suspect I...
I'm the proud new owner of 2 Minox ZP5 5-25. I bought them from CSTactical and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Those guys know their stuff. If you're on the fence about any scope, like I was, just give them a shout and they can give you answers. I can't overstate what a pleasure it was...
Do any of you store your RPR folded? I would like to store mine folded for space reasons. For my scope to have proper eye relief on the RPR, it is mounted so far back that it extends beyond the hinge in the stock. If I fold the stock, the scope will be sticking down further than the folded...
I'm curious to know how it does. I just ordered a few boxes of 147 eld-m. I'll be starting with R17 because I've given up trying to find the unicorn that is H4350. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
Good luck to you. Test it out and see if it works. If it does, you should be able to make some pretty good money. The bid-ask spread is pretty wide on a few exchanges so it should be possible to make some money on the chop. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
For those who invested in BTC several years ago, and are wondering how to cash out, there are a couple routes to take. The obvious route is an exchange that lets you go BTC/USD. Another very good way to cash out is egifter.com. you can buy gift cards and pay with BTC. You can buy Amazon gift...
Have you shot the ELD Match 147 gr? If so, would you mind sharing your R17 recipe? I know it wont exactly work for me, but I'm just looking for a starting point.
Re: STM Tumbler That's where I got all my stuff. The only thing I need now is some kind of drying rack. For the time being, I just put them in the drying machine (on the shoe dryer rack that comes with most dryers, yet never gets used)
Re: Target Backer/Bullet Stopper Thanks for the input folks. A dirt berm isn't an option since this is a lease on a good friends farm and we can't leave anything out there from trip to trip. The whole contraption will need to fit in the bed of my truck. I also thought about filling the box...
Sorry if this has been covered before, but I couldn't find anything on it. I have been shooting at a place where the only good spot for the target is right in front of a barbed-wire fence. I knew it would eventually happen, but I didn't realize it would happen the second outing. We shot two...
