    Re: Riding a century... well almost Good meal the night before ride and drink water. 3 hrs before ride eat a hardy breakfest. During ride drink ever 1/2hr, eat a gel every 1hr. Total ride time is less than 6hrs. Also stay off the front and let others due work.

    Re: Anyone into high end road bikes? Lucky to be a sponsored cat 2 rider. This years setup was a ridley noah with full campagnole super record and reynolds dvs66 wheels. Bike handles amazing! Next years sponsor will be Focus bikes out of germany and I am hearing good things about their bikes.
