Re: military vs. FBI maximum moa? I would guess the military also has an issue with reliability, their guns would be used in a very harsh environment, ice, sand, mud, etc. and a gun with very tight tolerences would fail easily, just a guess though im not sure, but I agree with McCrazy also

Re: Why no Ruger's? I think its mainly because of the available upgrades and reputation that follows remington, even the Surgeon is based of the Remington, so they are pretty good
