    I use a guide, brass or nylon brushes and a coated rod. If I could take a picture of the "mark" I would, but it don't have that ability. I was almost wondering if it was from tooling. If it matters, the "mark" is running lengthways with the barrel.

    I am in the load development stages with my .308 and have switched to TAC from Varget. So far, testing has been at a 100 yards and my spread over different charge weights has been .3"-.6" using 168 SMK out of a 20" rem700. Doesnt seem to be effected by temperature.     Duracoat/Cerakote questions

    I used krylon after a camo job cause I was too cheap to buy the duracoat clear. DON'T DO IT. The krylon will stain and spot when cleaning the weapon. It had a rubbery feel to it. I finally got tired of it and stripped the krylon off. Duracoat remained in place. Lesson learned!

    New case trimmer

    Ok, had a clean 30-06 case laying on the bench. I apologize for the iPhone photo. If you would like more crisp pics, pm me and I will get out the big camera and email you some. I am really impressed with this trimmer. Wish I would have had it a year ago when I trimmed 5000 once fired LC cases!
