Pending on your state laws this may vary but you may switch from pistol to rifle to pistol. For the one person who chimed in from Cali. You have SSE rules to make one. You also can dros it as PPT. Tikka repair with Beretta?
Beretta and tikka customer service is terrible. Worst I have encountered. Use a 3rd party approved customer service or deal with the one customer warranty person David at Beretta. They make you pay for shipping. I'm just not used to this service. I resolved my items myself- FIREBALL_BRIAN

Tikka TRS-1 vs Bergara BMP
I passed on the Bergara. Action was not as smooth as the tikka. Chassis felt great. magpul AICS mag wobbled too much. Tikka felt solid in all aspects. Just seems to cost too much.- FIREBALL_BRIAN

Looking for a scope 3-15 or similar FFP, Mil, 100-1000yards. Weight is not a concern Going on 6.5C Using Employment discount Wait time doesnt concern Shooting all light conditions I did include some scopes that are not 3-15 and am aware of this.
