Dirty brass in bolt gun
Consistancy and accuracy are different. Do you have gauge blocks to verify your caliper? I've heard of wide chambers shortening brass but have never witnessed it personally.- fireflight

Have you verified that your calipers are reading correctly? I've had both a high end and a cheap digital over the years and both read incorrectly. I now only use a dial caliper.- fireflight

What boots are you wearing?
Over the years I have worn Irish Setters, Red Wings, Danners, Solomon, and Vasque etc... They are all good, but the best boot I've found is the one I currently wear: Scarpa. They make everything from mountaineering boots to light day hikers. https://us.scarpa.com/- fireflight

Mine goes into screen saver mode after 90 seconds(set in the screensaver settings). Is yours shutting down completely? Which usb power supply are you using?- fireflight

Chopping a die down?
I've only had one die in all my years of handloading that had this issue. The die was adjusted down all the way and had a substantial amount of cam-over. It would only bump the shoulder 0.0015 after sizing. The die maker offered to replace it, but I ended up facing it off 0.008 and everything...- fireflight

Matchmaster powder dispenser problem
Power up and let it warm up for two hours. Then start from the beginning with the initial set up. I had the same issue but after letting it warmup and readjusting the Shipping/Stabilization screw everything was good.- fireflight
