Consistancy and accuracy are different. Do you have gauge blocks to verify your caliper? I've heard of wide chambers shortening brass but have never witnessed it personally.

Have you verified that your calipers are reading correctly? I've had both a high end and a cheap digital over the years and both read incorrectly. I now only use a dial caliper.

I'm using a RCBS Matchmaster set purchased through GAP along with Hornady brass, Berger 109's. I also had great results with the Berger 108 BTT.

The magnetic USB adapters work great for the LR and reduce the wear and tear on the ports.

Mine goes into screen saver mode after 90 seconds(set in the screensaver settings). Is yours shutting down completely? Which usb power supply are you using?

I've only had one die in all my years of handloading that had this issue. The die was adjusted down all the way and had a substantial amount of cam-over. It would only bump the shoulder 0.0015 after sizing. The die maker offered to replace it, but I ended up facing it off 0.008 and everything...

Power up and let it warm up for two hours. Then start from the beginning with the initial set up. I had the same issue but after letting it warmup and readjusting the Shipping/Stabilization screw everything was good.
