I run a Fulton Armory chrome BCG in my LR308 build which did not include a bolt. I run with a JP bolt. Just checked their website and they don't have any completed bcg available, only stripped. Mine was complete when I bought it couple years ago.

Re: SBR Optic Choice I use an Aimpoint Micro on my 10.5 SBR. I would be just as happy with throwing my Vortex Viper PST 1-4 on there too. Depends on how much weight you would be okay with adding to the system.
