Time for a new barrel for my 700 police .300 win mag. I have heard that Broughton 5c
Barrels are awesome. I shoot 210 vlds and 208 amaxs exclusively. It's a 1:10 twist now, will a 1:9 push em faster? Also, can they design a Barrel exclusively for the rounds mentioned above. I would also like 30" for some extra velocity and more stabilization. Gonna get one just need some advice as to what contour and design. Any input would help as this is my first time buying a new barrel.

Depends on what you plan on using the rifle for.

I opted for a Medium Palma (Bartlein) contour .820 at the muzzle because its lighter than match contours, but is still relatively stiff. Looks to be equivalent to the STD Palma from Broughton.

I had a M24/M40 straight(Bartlein) contour .900 at the muzzle and it made lugging my rifle around undesirable. I wanted a rifle I wouldn't mind toting around with me in the field.

It will be used for LR deer hunting, possibly competition, and just enjoying shooting in general. I know very little about contour design but let's put it this way I want it to be heavy bc I will not be lugging it around the woods, I use my LTR for that. Heavy I say bc I shoot Mostly prone with a Harris bipod and my gear bag as butt rest while deer hunting looonnnggg fields

I would do an M40 contour, if you plan on hiking it around then a Heavy Palma or Sendero Contour. I would go 1-10" twist if it was me.

I've read, on the interweb so it must be true, that a faster twist rate will NORMALLY reduce velocity. If the 10-twist slings the 210/208 well then I'd suggest you stick with that.
