Found some powder, bought some extra if anyone needs some (local to DFW). RL-15, H1000, H4895, AR-COMP

42.8 imr 4895 with 168 works best for me. 1/2" groups with it in multiple 308s including an AR. Varget is good on the heavier bullets. H4895 is equally good, but loads differ slightly. RL-15 is another good choice.

Re: Grendel Distance? Mine is good at least to 800 (bolt gun I built). It drops a ton at that distance, so you better have a lot of adjustment in your scope. To really answer your question, you need to tell us what bullet as the BC plays a big part of the question.

Re: Savage Arms 110 BA shooters... I used Badger Max-50 30mm std height .823 with a 44mm objective on my Savage 338 and it was less than 1/4" clearance.

Re: Vortex Viper HS 5-15x44 Mil-Dot I use a medium dark green. White doesn't work well for seeing your shots at range. Bright orange supposedly works well, but I haven't tried it. I have used the green at 600 yards with 15x and no problem, it does get harder when all of the trees is behind...

Re: 110 BA 338 LM I have the same issue with my 110, even with lapua brass (1x). I am not at max case length yet, but still get hangs on 2nd loading. I have read several places that you need to trim to min case length with the 110 or you will have the issue. Haven't gotten a chance to try...
