    The HK91 would be easily 2-2.5 as a sell or 2.5-3k as a trade in value. The Hk94, is it a DOJ corrections hk94 or just says cailfornia state police?     Sometimes, I think the buyers who are getting a smoking deal don't care whether or not its stolen in hopes of getting it cheap and completing their build. They know the moment they contact S&B, etc to check to see if its stolen they lose that window of opportunity to purchase.
