    Everyone's first rifle should be a bolt-action with irons. Once you learn to master that, you'll be able to make your own decisions about optics/platforms later, but you'll always have the fundamentals to fall back on.

    If you're running supers and taking advantage of longer ranges, 3-9x works well (for me). If you're using mainly subs/not using supers at long range 4x or less is idea (again, for me).

    Read the second post's link, Cruise never said acting is as hard as fighting in Afghanistan. Personally, I think Wahlberg needs to leave the I'm-so-tough-I-can-kill-you-with-my-bare-hands-which-is-why-I'm-so-scarily-soft-spoken badass roles and stick to comedy which he is not bad at.
