Thanks man. It's actually sewn using a $150 brother that I bought from Walmart. The biggest thing is using sharp needles and good thread.

Rockywoods.com will have everything you need to get it made. Cordura, webbing, binding, Velcro and thread. It's quite rewarding making something from scratch! Here is a silencer pouch I threw together.

I just measured the exit hole on my m4-2000, .280. That is definatly not plenty of clearance for a bullet .264. Unless Gemtech has really opened up their baffles, you're asking for trouble.
