Rockywoods.com will have everything you need to get it made. Cordura, webbing, binding, Velcro and thread. It's quite rewarding making something from scratch! Here is a silencer pouch I threw together.

I just measured the exit hole on my m4-2000, .280. That is definatly not plenty of clearance for a bullet .264. Unless Gemtech has really opened up their baffles, you're asking for trouble.

I did put in 2 air holes in the back. I didn't snap any pictures of it though. I put them along the bottom edge to allow water to drain out as well.

I made this exact thing for my Droid. The adapters are only made for the IPhone and expensive. I epoxy'd an old droid case to a PVC cap that fit my pvs-14. A little krylon and she was ready to roll.
