Rockywoods.com will have everything you need to get it made. Cordura, webbing, binding, Velcro and thread. It's quite rewarding making something from scratch! Here is a silencer pouch I threw together.
This Demo was fantastic! Hunter and Camille are top notch. I was really impressed with everything they did. There was never any pressure to sell me anything but that didn't stop them from sharing their vast knowledge and experience with us. My cousin that hasn't seen NV was ringing steel at 400...
Got some time on the ole "project runway" sewing machine the last couple nights. Got a battle belt whipped up. I didn't take any pictures making it but here is the finished product. All of the material with the exception of the stiffener came from rockywoods.com the stiffener...

I just measured the exit hole on my m4-2000, .280. That is definatly not plenty of clearance for a bullet .264. Unless Gemtech has really opened up their baffles, you're asking for trouble.
Camille, Does Modarmory have a store front that these can be handled at? I'm quite interested in messing with one once they are ready to sell. Thanks Chris
I'm slightly embarrassed it took me over a year to post a couple photos and videos of the light bar in action. I apologize for the video, I didn't think about the delay while recording with my phone, hence the lack of driving skills. Also I think my droid does a poor job of accurately...
I made this exact thing for my Droid. The adapters are only made for the IPhone and expensive. I epoxy'd an old droid case to a PVC cap that fit my pvs-14. A little krylon and she was ready to roll.
