    Contour questions

    I have a 26" Bartlein 3B contour on my 28 Nosler. The rifle without a scope isn't bad weight wise but then I threw a ATACR on it and tips the scales at 10lbs 12oz. Shoots great but will heat up quickly.

    What kinds of scopes did you use as a kid?

    My first scope was a Tasco 2-7 on a Crossman 760 pump. First scope on a rifle was a Weaver K6 60-C 6x on a Rem 700 .270.

    My father-in-law has that same Model 88 and scope but has the flip mounts. I've been trying to buy it off of him for years.

    Remington 700 Trigger Recommendations - Hunting

    I have Jewels, Timneys and TriggerTechs. For your hunting rifle setup, it would be hard to beat a Trigger Tech Primary. It will adjust down to 1.5 lbs and break as crisp as glass. You can't beat the $150 price tag.

    Need some suggestions - AREA 419 Sidewinder stuck

    Looking at the 2nd and 3rd pic, I'm guessing the lock ring is cross threaded onto the adapter. There are 3-4 threads showing. I have two and can barely see 1 thread on mine when they are tight. Instead of beating the crap out of it, I would send it to Area 419 and have them look at it...
