Re: Need help... what is going on here ??? That doesn't look like m4 barrel extensions, should be notched out deeper in barrel , then it would fit receiver o.k. just looks like standard rifle extension--------if you look across end of barrel looking flat---should be 2 dipped out notches...

Re: saiga vs mini 14 Saiga's are a very high quality rifle, I have 2, shouldn't ever need to worry about parts, just a high class AK, Saiga bought surefire mags and now have hi cap mags, need no bullet guide or anything---if you ever have a Saiga it would impress you, --

Re: Short Barrel AR's Why? I have shot .223 rifles for yrs, I like accuracy over velocity, have cut down many a rifle barrel, have always been a varmint hunter, love short barrels, I have a 16in. RRA A4 now for predator hunting, love it, don't want nothing any longer, it is loud but predators...

Re: yugo sks That don't seem right, I had a Yugo and I just removed the bolt, unscrewed the nut and bolt, cut the barrel off right behind the grenade launcher in front of the front sight it then became a nice, neat little rifle.

Re: why not an AK? AK'S are what they are, I have 2, A Saiga .223 for plinking, AK 47 for serious stuff if it ever comes to that, 1 AR for hunting, after shooting several 1000 rds. through both this is my conclusion, AR make great hunting, predator rifles, love them, AK'S are rugged and...
