I'm still waiting for my PST 4-16x50 SFP but I can get the Nikon for a very good price. I'm not too worried about the difference in internal adjustment. . . Should I wait for the PST or go for the Nikon?

I am considering this scope(mil-dot reticle) for my Remington SPS Tac AAC-SD for hunting and long range target shooting. Any input/news/reviews would be much appreciated.

I bought a Remington SPS Tactical AAC-SD in 308 Rem and will use the rifle for hunting and target shooting up to 500yards. What magnification range would you recommend? So far, it's between the Sightron SIII 3.5-10x56 and 6-24x50
