+3 on the CZ Kadet. I have limited experience with Ruger 22/45 LITE and Beretta 87 Cheetah and no experience with anything else. I'm using adapter on top of my 75B SA that was worked over by Stuart Wong. The only issue I had was the angle of the ejector when I first got it and once I filed it...
I concur. People have a grin from ear to ear when I let them shoot it. With ear plugs/muffs and standard velocity ammo all you hear is the firing pin through your cheek. CZ 452 w/ Sparrow. I have a TBAC 22L-1 in jail and can't wait to compare them for rifle use.
I recommend the Cool Guy LPK kit from Weapon Outfitters. They use White Oak Armament kits (less trigger) and you can choose your choice of trigger and other components and save money by getting it in a bundle vs buying them individually. Cool Guy LPK Kit Cool Guy LPK Kit <tbody> - WOA...
Walmart is currently selling the Federal Champion 550 round bricks for $24 (£14.63) and Bass Pro Shops are selling the Federal 525 round bricks for $23.50 (£14.32). They haven't been in stock for a long while but I still wouldn't pay $48. For that much you might as well be looking for better...
I just paid for one last week. Hopefully it doesn't take over a year like yours. I've shot CCI CB Longs in my Ruger 22/45 LITE with a Sparrow and it sounds like I'm shooting my CZ 452 16" with standard velocity.
Sparrow on a 452 *very quiet, supposedly one of the best for rifles since there's little to no FRP (pistols are a different matter) *easy to take apart and clean if you desire *made of stainless steel so you can clean using "the dip" *rated for lots of different calibers including 5.7x28mm (a...
I bought my TROS adapter from Brownells but they look to be out of stock. TROSUSA THREAD ADAPTERS | Brownells Here's what it looks like on my 16" AR upper with TBAC 30P-1. STAY AWAY FROM DBMG INC!! This was before TBAC was recommending TROS if you needed an adapter. The first one...
I have a Sparrow that's used with a CZ Kadet (threaded by DIP Inc. aka hotrod9mm) and 452 16" threaded with DIP thread adapter. I haven't measured it myself but I read you can have a smith cut down the barrel and put proper 1/2-28 threads on it since the barrel is actually 17.xx long. The...

Re: VLTOR MUR-1A and DD RIS II compatibility issue. You have to install the bolts through the barrel nut side BEFORE you attach the rail. After you get the threads started you then need to tighten each side a few turns at a time to tighten the gap. It's a PITA but the RIS II is worth the...
I didn't hear about this story until today. I read that they were responding to a homeless man looking into cars and checking to see if they were unlocked. Things get interesting at the 15 minute mark and I am horrified at what happens the rest of the video. If I was getting beaten like the...
Re: SBR Where does he say he wants a 7" barrel? You could chop your 16" but would probably need the gas port opened up as well unless you plan to shoot suppressed most/all the time. I would personally sell it and purchase whatever barrel length upper you intend to use. You don't need a...
