I agree and also they are also biased about other brands other than what they own, as well as looking for a reason not to like or nitpicking other brands they do not have.
I second this a lot of shooters are willing to pay extra for the reliability and brand name but hey, just because I woulnt pay 3K for a NF doesnt mean they arent worth that much because obviously a lot of people like them and are willing to pay that price.

Most likely. Its funny how most are willing to pay extra for something that is comparable just for the brand recognition/popularity. Yes, they have a longer and proven track record but if people take some time to do some research or better yet (pick up a ZP5) and compare, the scopes speak for...
I would think that only the best glass would cut through mirage like that, like Schott glass. TT, ZCO, Minox and probably a few others. But Im no scope expert however, Ive heard of such scopes cutting through bad mirage.
I was happy with my Mark 5. The turrets were surprisingly audible and tactile. Great glass, tracked true. My only gripe was the FOV was kinda poor imo. Loved everything else.
