    Leica 3200com (edited)

The whole reason I was going to purchase it was because it could interface with the Kestrel.. 🤦‍♂️ From my experience with Leica cameras, their analogue stuff is fantastic (e.g. m lenses and cameras) but the newer stuff is always late on software upgrades. Back to the drawing board for me!

    Leica 3200com (edited)

I'm really glad i came across this thread before buying it. Have you tried it at night (spotlighting or via NVGs)? I don't want to drop 4k and find out it doesn't work well at night.

Radius discontinued? Did a quick search and the alternative is a Wilcox Raptr? No chance getting it here in Australia.. 😭😭😭

Night Vision Range finder at night?

My other option was to get 1x pvs 14/mum14 and 1x andres industries thermal. But then the LRF issue is still an issue.

Night Vision Range finder at night?

So it works OK with 14s behind? I was initially going to purchase ACTinBlack DTNVGs with Harder Gen3 tubes (Approx $13k USD, yep everything non-American is crazy expensive). And use Leica Geovid 3200.com binos in front of them. But I have read mixed reviews that they work/ don't work? Neither...

My problem is ITAR as I am located in Australia. Was looking for something for the spotter. Like a Vectronix Mosquito? Does anyone have any experience with it?

Night Vision IR illuminators, more specifically the SF X300V

Thanks mate! Don't want to hijack the thread, but I'm a health professional. So I used to live out west for a while. Still visit mates in Goondiwindi and Surat heaps. Queensland, the land of XXXX cat piss, not Tooheys ?? The illuminator you linked looks almost identical to the Lunar optics ELIR?

Night Vision IR illuminators, more specifically the SF X300V

I've been looking at these 2 IR Illuminators if it helps: Laserluchs and Jahnke My criteria was for a laser based light source not LED diode, small form factor and not ITAR. Unfortunately I'm in Australia and can't get access to all your USA goodies with ITAR.. Otherwise I would get that MAWL...
