    An 18” Grendel with rifle length gas system is far from over gassed with a .093” port. Unsuppressed, a couple of mine won’t lock back shooting the 100 gr ELD-VT.

    Have you tried it on a different lower? I had a Matrix Aerospace large frame build that did this. Tried pmags, duramag, lancer, KAC, and Larue mags and no matter the mag, I had this issue.     Gotcha. I should have looked to see the price before I commented. I didn’t know they were that expensive. Every time I e seen their stuff it’s been dirt cheap. If it cost more than a full priced BCM, I’d send it back and get a refund.
