I had a case separate in my 338, appears to be very well stuck, wondering if anyone else has experienced this w/ a 338 and what tool you'd recommend to extract the stuck brass with? Thanks any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

When or what is a modification to a 223 that isn't legal in FTR , if a gun is w/ in weight specs what exactly is the modification to the caliber that isn't legal.
