I saw that when they were advertising their price increase. I'm still waiting on (3rd party) comparisons but yeah I've been looking for something cheap to throw on my 6.5G AR that currently has a Vortex 5x. I'm moving back to the southeast so may just stick with a thermal anyways.

Not sure how it'll handle large magnums but I went with both; A419 Maverick. I've had it on my 300wsm and now it just stays on my 6.5CM; I can easily spot my own shots and much less blast then just a brake.

I guess I should've clarified. Tikka will be 7PRC, Bergara would be 300PRC. Basically, which one should I make into a pure hunting rifle(lightweight) and which should I turn into a heavier, basically bench rifle. I'm away for work so haven't had the chance to run any numbers, I've just gone...

I have two rifles I was going to build but now not sure which route to go. Initially I was going to build a lightweight Tikka in 7PRC for hunting in North America(elk) and recently picked up a Bergara that I was going to turn into an ELR(mile) rig in 300PRC. Should I go the other way around...

I have both the Bergara(300WM) and Tikka(6.5CM & 300WSM) in LH. I bought the Bergara thinking I would just drop a trigger in there and call it a day,(and eventually rebarrel for 300PRC) but with my rifles the Tikkas action is noticeably much smoother and the triggers way better out of the box...

Just a little curious, is there a reason why 13rd capacity is chosen instead of 10rd or 15rd? I only ask since it's easier for me to drop 5/10rds out of the tray than anything under that.

Get the rifle and just run it in base would probably be cheapest.
