Re: good spotting scope with mildot reticle under$600 Mine works great. I used it Sunday, we were only shooting to 350yds but no complaints. I did buy a better tripod from BestBuy it has the pistol grip head, not a Manfrotto but works good enough for me.
Re: bushnell spotting scope with reticle I found one on ebay, new in the box. It is a great scope for the money I used it to 900 yds shooting steel no problem seeing the 12" plates and splash.
Re: New Product: Target Camera System Do you have to have any type of cell service to make it work? What happens when you shoot a second hole through one of the previous holes can you get a video of that happening? What is it going to add to the price when you make it work to a 1000 yds?
Re: good spotting scope with mildot reticle under$600 I bought the Bushnell that runs around 500 or maybe 600 off of ebay. It is new in the box and I am really impressed with it. The tripod was junk so I bought something a little better from Best Buy and used it shooting at 900yds in Texas...
I have been working up a load for two guns. One is a Remington 700 308 with 26" barrel the other is a CMMG SASS. I worked up the load shooting the 700 and arrived at 44 grains of Varget behind a 175 SMK with federal 210m primers in a Federal case. I then shot the round out of the SASS and had 1...
Re: Help me buy a spotter? I got mine in the mail on Friday. Had planned on shooting today and it rained. I did look through it in town when the fedex driver dropped it off and was pretty impressed. I noticed when I went to leave feedback that seller has one left but they upped the price...
Re: CMMG MK3 Problems Would over gassing cause pressure signs in brass? I have a CMMG SASS that I am having issus getting a load worked up for. Didn't know if that could be the problem.
Re: CED M2 Thanks for all the replies. I actually shot with a frend at his private range and we hooked his older model CED Millenum up right before mine. We tried to switch all sorts of things to eliminate a bad connection or bad screens. To no avail I will call monday and see about sending...
Re: CED M2 I was at 10 feet with 308 and 223. Also tried 22lr from a pistol at about 5ft and then I thought it was a sun problem so I moved it inside and tried 223 at about 8' with infrared.
I purchased a CED M2 and I am having problems. When you shoot through it it gives an error message that says it didn't pass over the stop sensor, but it gives me a speed. I was shooting some Tula steel case 223 and it was showing around 3000fps does that sound accurate. The rifle is a CMMG...
Re: Cleaning Lube off Cases? I ordered some Frankford lube so I will tumble again. Will the lube hurt the stainless media? I mean make it stick together or anything, or will the dawn break it down? What about just running the brass with water and dawn and no media is that a good idea?
I have a tumbler coming from Stainless Tumbling Media. However I was wondering how are ya'll getting the lube off your cases if you wet tumble before sizing? Do you wet tumble again, or do you have a vibratory tumbler just for that, or do you just wipe the cases down? Or can you run walnut or...
