    Re: $500 Budget Thanks for the replies so far. Any other suggestions, or different opinions than Rolex24? Some more info, it will be used mostly for fun target shooting at 50 yards, and up to 100 max. I might do some small game hunting. Thanks

    I would like to get started with a bolt action .22. I would be in need of everything, and would like to keep it under $500. I want a rifle, scope, bipod, cleaning kit, and some money left over for ammo. What are your suggestions? Thanks
