I just use a Forster seating die with the micrometer on top. A custom honed Forster FL die and Sinclair mandrel round it out.

SAC Ultimate Micrometer seating die. I use a LE Wilson SS FL Bushing 6GT die with .247 bushing then 21st Century mandrel for sizing.
