As expensive as it is sometimes you do get what you pay for and I'd go with Arc'Teryx. Either the Alpha LT Leaf or the regular Alpha or Beta LT depending on the length you want and pocket positions on the jacket.

The factory spec is 140 in/lbs. I'm using a Seekonk NC-200R wrench that is reset to 140 and I just keep in in my bag/case.

I'm not sure that's correct. The company looks to be private and while they haven't been awarded any huge contracts they have gotten over $7 million in contracts to date. I hope they can make a go of this.

I've ordered from them in the past. The service was't the best. I had to call multiple times to get someone and even after leaving a message I just continued to call. I like their stuff and would probably buy form them again but it was't the easiest transaction.
