Tactical Concealment issues?

So i placed an order with Tactical Concealment early in April for one of their Beast suits, now i know they have an approximate lead time of ~30 days.

however, they sent me a tracking number for my shipment nearly 2 weeks ago, and there has been no activity on the tracking number.....and on their website the order claims it was shipped.

now ive emailed them twice already and both emails have gone unanswered (emailed them about a week ago)......and i called and left a voice mail that has gone unanswered as well.

im wondering if anyone knows whats going on over there with them......or if you have had issues with them as well.

and more importantly, if anyone knows of another way to get ahold of them?

I've ordered from them in the past. The service was't the best. I had to call multiple times to get someone and even after leaving a message I just continued to call. I like their stuff and would probably buy form them again but it was't the easiest transaction.

after a half dozen emails(including to the owner).......maybe a dozen calls......and 2 voice mails.. and even a fucking FaceBook message.....with 0 response, i gave up and just called my bank to file a dispute on the charge.


they look like they make great stuff....and i probably would have given them a lot more business.....and i dont even care about lead time....fuck they could have told me it would be 6 months and i would be cool with it........but to completely ignore somone dropping that kind of cash on you products is unacceptable.

Damn, it's been years since I visited their site and I'd forgotten how ridiculously expensive they were. You're totally right, if you're dropping that kind of money then you deserve some Customer Service. The only excuse I could see is that they're too busy milking unicorns or harvesting fairy dust.

still fighting to get my money (or goods) from the company......if anyone is considering it, avoid them at all costs.
