I beat the hell out of my phone, its a tool I use for my business. Its been in an Otter box for two years, Dropped countless times, hit with nails, cracked the protective screen 3 times! The Otter box continues to protect the phone, I highly recommend.

Its not the R value, its the elimination of air infiltration that is spray foams greatest asset. Do a flash and batt, 2" of closed cell foam applied to the walls with 3 1/2" batt insulation. Best of both worlds. We do that to most of the homes we build, coupled with spraying the foundation...
