    I'm certainly no lawyer, but I don't think you can say absolutely that RemArms owns all of Remington's property. Because if they did, would they not assume liability for what Remington produced? And they will not warranty anything Remington made, that's what they told me when I asked.

    The only thing I bought from T-Rex Arms was their offset mount. It is more like the height of your primary optic so it's just a rotation.
