Greetings fellow annihilators of steel. Just got my new scope in and started research as to what mount. I want the AI Picatinny mount in 18moa but have read it requires some milling (which I can't do). Also read that the 45moa version will work out of the box but 45moa really isn't needed...
Re: Quite Muzzel Brake? For an AR .223 the linear compensator works really well in projecting the sound forward away from the ears. At least it seems that way for me. However, the only one I know of for 30 cal is this http://www.kiesfirearms.com/Parts_and_Accessories.html May work for you.

Re: Shooting Matts- What to look for? I think you need both styles. TAB and Midway or Dillon makes a nice mat comparable to Midways. For comps you need something small and light. You might not need it or use it, but if its storming the night before you might like the use of a mat. For...
