FWIW, I've posted my target shot with 55 gr in your thread at HKPro. Heavier loads, like 77 gr, can get you better results. With hand loads and time you can achieve even more. HK barrels get better with time.

It's called m/90v. It's obtainable commercially, decent but rather expensive. Finnish m/05 winter camo is much better, but impossible to get.

I use Troy Micros on both of my MRs. As stated above, good sights that doesn't obstruct your FOV as much as MBUS do.
