    I'm thinking about build either a 6.5x47 Lapua or a .243 for a long range accurate rifle. I know I can use my current A.R.-10 platform for the 6.5x47 which blows a 6.5 Grendel away in many ways.     Re: A.R. sniper rifles Yeah I was debating doing that as well. My A.R.-10 is built to the max now. I was going to trun A.R. 15 into a long range rifle. But I started reading how accurate the 6.5 Grendel is over the 5.56 along iwht more power. I guess I'm cought in a catch 22.
