Re: AR500, what thickness needed for a .308? I use 1/2" at short range. 500 and farther I use 3/8" It has held up fine to 300 win mag. at longer distances.
Re: rcbs or lee ? Most of my lee stuff has been fine. I have loaded 1000's or rounds of rifle ammo on a lee press with great results. The lee progressive press's are a different story. Avoid them like the plague.
