What's the word on the quality of Uncle Mike's gear? The drag bag/shooting mat they offer seems to be a good looking item judging by the photos. Are they made in the U.S.?- outwest

Re: looking for bullet info .308 Very nice collection. I have been hunting w/ an L-579 in .308 for the last several years as well. I've taken two elk, deer and antelope w/ it. I like 165 grain bullets as well. I've never been able to find a load that this rifle likes. Keeping groups...- outwest
