What hand loads are you guys using?

If someone recut the threads, for truing sake, material was removed. Yes, it's quite common to see a major diameter end up around that. The pitch diameter is much more important, although the major has to be small enough to fit whatever you are fitting the barrel to.

I chamber through the headstock, I would never chamber in between centers.

This hobby can at least make you a little money on the side. If you have anyone that races cars/trucks/motercycles, etc.... then you will have a gold mine sitting in your shop/garage.

Don't open it up. Order the correct bolt or upgrade your bolt to a PTG.

Pick something heavy, smooth, has a thru hole of at least 1 5/8 inside diameter and has 30" in between centers. I use a Monarch EE.

Be certain that the larger portion of the radius is in the larger undercut.
