My loads for that gun with the 178Amax or 175 SMM are: 43.3 gr of Reloader 15 43gr Varget 47gr 2000MR I tried everything to get this bullet to shoot well in my 5R. In mine, it prefers 2.800 length rather than jammed or close to the lands. With Varget I found CCI primers work best...

As I mention above, WST Iis great for 45ACP. But it works well also in 9mm, 38 super, and 38 special. My 45 load is 4.3 gr with 200gr WST. It shoots well in my 8 different 45 ACP's.

I've used a lot of the choices above but use WST. It's cleaner than Bullseye and less temperature sensitive than 231. Lot to lot is consistent as well. For 45 ACP, WST should be the main one to consider.

WST works fine for 9mm. I'm using 3.8gr with a 147 bullet and accuracy is great.

The companies I listed make complete guns if you wish but, can handle everything in-between.
