    Im thinking about picking up one of these, i was going to go with the regular .308 until i decided i would use this more to hunt coons and hogs rather than just deer. Anyone run of heard anything about this setup?

    I was going to get the regular SASS and put a Bushnell HDMR on top, now I'm thinking about getting the mini SASS. The mini is a .223, and i will mostly be hunting yotes and hogs from about 100-300 yards. Anyone had any luck with a scope ontop of an AR-15?

    Re: 17hmr vs 22wmr i have a .17HMR and drop pigs with it every weekend. My brother has a .22WM and can't seem to really drop em as easily as my 17. I shoot 20 Grain FMJ and it has no problem dropping pigs. When i go coon hunting or even have fun with rabbits, i just throw in a hornady V-MAX...
